In the case of Arrom Suhurt et al. v. Paraguay,
the Inter-American Court of Human Rights (hereinafter “the Inter-American Court” or “the
Court”), composed of the following judges:

pursuant to Articles 62(3) and 63(1) of the American Convention on Human Rights (hereinafter
“the American Convention” or “the Convention”) and with Articles 31, 32, 42, 65 and 67 of
the Rules of Court (hereinafter “the Rules of Procedure” or "the Court´s Rules of Procedure"),
delivers the present judgment, structured as follows:
Judge Eugenio Raúl Zaffaroni excused himself from participating in this case, in accordance with the provisions
of Article 19(2) of the Statute of the Court and 21 of its Rules of Procedure, which was accepted by the President by
order of January 16, 2019.
