To admit the acknowledgment of international liability made by the State for the violation of the rights embodied in Articles 4(1) (Right to Life), and 5(1), 5(2) and 5(4) (Right to Humane Treatment) of the American Convention, in relation to Article 1(1) thereof, to the detriment of the individuals listed in paragraph 60(26) in the instant Judgment, as set forth in paragraph 52 herein. 2. To admit the acknowledgment international liability made by the State for the violation of the rights embodied in Articles 5(1) (Right to Humane Treatment), 8(1) (Right to a Fair Trial) and 25 (Judicial Protection) of the American Convention, in relation to Article 1(1), to the detriment of the victims´ next of kin, who have been individualized in paragraph 60(26) in the instant Judgment, as set forth in paragraph 53 herein. 3. To admit the acknowledgment of liability made by the State for the violation of the obligation provided for in Article 2 of the American Convention, as set forth in paragraph 54 herein. 4. To declare that the State has waived the preliminary objection, according to the provisions of paragraph 50 of the instant Judgment. DECLARES, Unanimously that: 5.
