To declare that the measures of reparation ordered by the Inter-American
Court of Human Rights in the seventh and eighth operative paragraphs of its
Judgment on preliminary objections, merits, reparations and costs of August 6, 2008
have been complied with, in accordance with Considering clauses Nos. 11 and 15 and
the first declarative paragraph of this Order.
2.
To request that the State of Mexico, as ordered in the ninth operative
paragraph of the Judgment on preliminary objections, merits, reparations and costs of
August 6, 2008, submit to the Inter-American Court of Human Rights by September 4,
2009 a report stating the measures taken to comply with the reparation ordered by
the Tribunal in the sixth operative paragraph of said Judgment, which is yet to be
complied with.
3.
To request the representatives of the victims and the Inter-American
Commission on Human Rights to submit their comments on the report of the State
referred to in the preceding operative paragraph, within four and six weeks,
respectively, of receipt of the aforementioned report.
4.
To continue monitoring compliance with the sixth operative paragraph of the
Judgment on preliminary objections, merits, reparations and costs of August 6, 2008,
which has yet to be complied with.
5.
To ask the Secretariat of the Court to serve notice of this Order upon the State
of Mexico, the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights and the representatives
of the victim.
