The State shall make the publications indicated in paragraph 149 of this Judgment.

The State shall adopt, within a reasonable period of time, the necessary measures to bring the
conditions of the "El Infiernito" prison into line with international human rights standards and, in
particular, to eliminate the deficiencies detected in this Judgment, pursuant to paragraph 157 of this
Judgment.

The State shall pay the amounts set forth in paragraph 173 of this Judgment as compensation
for non-pecuniary damage.
12.
The State shall reimburse the Victims' Legal Assistance Fund of the Inter-American Court of
Human Rights the amount spent during the processing of the instant case, pursuant to paragraph 184
of this Judgment.
13.
The State shall, within one year of notification of this Judgment, submit to the Court a report
on the measures adopted to comply with it.
14.
The Court will monitor full compliance with this judgment, in exercise of its attributes and in
fulfillment of its duties under the American Convention on Human Rights, and will close this case when
the State has complied fully with all its provisions.
