38 148. The Commission agrees to transmit this report to the State of Peru and grant a period of two months for it to comply with the recommendations formulated. This period will be computed form the date of transmission of the present report to the State, and the State may not publish it. Similarly, the Commission agrees to notify the petitioners of the adoption of this report under Article 50 of the Convention.
