To rescind the provisional measures ordered by the Inter-American Court of Human Rights in its Orders of June 29, 2005, November 24, 2005, February 6, 2008 and August 6, 2008, in favor of Mr. Leonel Rivero-Rodríguez, María de los Ángeles EspinosaSánchez, Augusto César Sandino Rivero-Espinosa, Luisa Amanda Rivero-Espinosa and María Katherina Rivero-Espinosa. 2. To request the Secretariat of the Court to serve notice of this Order upon the State, the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights and the representatives of the beneficiaries. 3. To close this matter. This Order has been issued in Spanish and English, the Spanish version being authentic, in San José, Costa Rica, in November 25, 2008.
