adoption under Article 6 of the Convention
In their final written arguments, the representatives added that those facts also resulted in violations of Articles 3
(Right to Juridical Personality) and 22 (Freedom of Movement and Residence) of the Convention. These claims are timebarred and, consequently, inadmissible insofar as they were not made in the pleadings and motions brief pursuant to
Article 40 of the Court’s Rules of Procedure.
