President, granted an extension until to January 9, 2006 to the Commission and the
common intervener so they could send the comments they might deem fit regarding
the documents filed by the State on December 21, 2005.

to the clarifications, explanations and documents that had been submitted by the
other parties, in response to the request made by the Court after the final oral
arguments at the public hearing and through notes dated October 14, 2005, as well

On December 28, 2005, the State filed two briefs together with their
corresponding appendixes in order to make reference to “court files that have been
