unanimously, that: 5. This judgment constitutes per se a form of reparation. 6. The State shall continue and conduct, within a reasonable period of time and with all due diligence, whatever investigations are necessary to determine all the circumstances of the death of Joffre Antonio Aroca Palma and, if applicable, prosecute and punish the person or persons responsible, pursuant to paragraphs 128 and 129 of this judgment. 7. The State shall provide the psychological and/or psychiatric treatment that the victims require, pursuant to paragraphs 132 and 133 of this judgment. 8. The State shall make the publications ordered in paragraph 135 of this judgment. 9. The State shall hold a public act of acknowledgement of international responsibility in relation to the facts of this case, pursuant to paragraph 136 of this judgment. 10. The State shall pay the amounts established in paragraphs 147, 148, 149 and 151 of this judgment for pecuniary and nonpecuniary damages and costs, pursuant to paragraphs 152 to 156 of this judgment. 11. The State, within one year of the date of notification of this judgment, shall submit to the Court a report on the measures adopted to comply therewith, without prejudice to the provisions of paragraph 135 of this judgment. 12. The Court will monitor full compliance with this judgment, in exercise of its authority and in compliance with its obligations under the American Convention on Human Rights, and shall declare this case closed when the State has fully complied with all the measures ordered herein.
