To convene the Inter-American Commission, the representatives of the victims, and the State to a private hearing that will take place at San José, Costa Rica on May 26, 2010, starting at 9 a.m. up to 10:30 a.m., during its LXXXVII Ordinary Period of Sessions, in order to receive complete and updated information from the State on the actions taken in compliance with the Judgment issued in this case, as well as the observations from the representatives and the Commission. 2. To require the Secretariat of the Court to serve notice of the present Order on the State, the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights, and the representatives of the victims.
