THE INTER-AMERICAN COMMISSION ON HUMAN RIGHTS,
DECIDES:
1.
To declare the petition under consideration admissible with respect to
the alleged violations with respect to Articles 5, 7, 8, 9, 11, 22, and 25 of the American
Convention.
2.
To declare the petition inadmissible with respect to the alleged
violation of Article 24 of the American Convention.
3.
To notify the parties of this decision.
4.
To continue with its analysis of the merits of the case.
5.
To publish this decision and include it in the Commission’s Annual
Report to the General Assembly of the OAS.
