SPECIFIC FACTS REGARDING EACH PENSIONER Carlos Torres Benvenuto 89(a) Mr. Torres Benvenuto began to work at the SBS in 1950 and on December 29, 1986, he ceased working for this institution53. The last position he occupied in the SBS was that of Director General of Communications54. At the time of his retirement, he was credited with 36 years, 11 months and 13 days service in the Public Administration55.
