The Commission concludes that it is competent to examine the claims presented by the petitioners regarding the alleged violation of Articles 8, 13 and 25, in relation to Articles 1.1 and 2 of the American Convention, and that those claims are admissible pursuant to the requirements set forth in Articles 46 and 47 of the American Convention. 56.
