preliminary objections, merits, reparations and costs handed down in this case, as
established in this order, and with the provisions of Article 68(1) of the American
Convention on Human Rights.

To require the State of Barbados to submit to the Inter-American Court of Human
Rights, by July 23, 2020, at the latest, a report on the measures pending compliance as
indicated in the first and third operative paragraphs and consideranda 29 and 32 of this
Order.
7.
To require the victim’s representatives and the Commission to present observations
on the State’s report mentioned in the preceding operative paragraph, within four and six
weeks, respectively, of receiving the report.
8.
To require the Secretariat of the Court to notify this order to the State, the victim’s
representatives, and the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights.
