MEXICO JUDGMENT OF NOVEMBER 27, 2018 In the case of Trueba Arciniega et al., the Inter-American Court of Human Rights (hereinafter “the Inter-American Court” or “the Court”), composed of the following judges: 1 Eduardo Vio Grossi, Acting President; Humberto Antonio Sierra Porto, Judge; Elizabeth Odio Benito, Judge; Eugenio Raúl Zaffaroni, Judge; and L.
