THEREFORE: THE INTER-AMERICAN COURT OF HUMAN RIGHTS, pursuant to the authority conferred upon it by Article 63(2) of the American Convention and Article 27 of the Court’s Rules of Procedure, DECIDES TO: 1. Take note of the update of the number of families in the humanitarian and biodiversity zones covered by the instant provisional measures, under the terms of Considering paragraphs 25 and 26. 2. Reject the request for expansion of provisional measures presented by the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights through the communication of April 29, 2011, under the terms of Considering paragraphs 27 to 29. 2. Ask the Court’s Secretariat to notify the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights, the representatives of the beneficiaries of these provisional measures, and the Republic of Colombia of this Order. 12
