To declare admissible the request for interpretation of the judgment on merits, reparations and costs in the case of Nissen Pessolani v. Paraguay, submitted by the State, pursuant to paragraph 7 of this judgment of interpretation. 2. To declare inadmissible the request for interpretation of the judgment on merits, reparations and costs in the case of Nissen Pessolani v. Paraguay, presented by the State, pursuant to paragraphs 11 to 18 of this judgment of interpretation. 3. To order the Secretariat of the Court to notify this judgment of interpretation to the Republic of Paraguay, the representative of the victim and the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights. 6
