7 THE COURT DECIDES: 1. To admit the discontinuance of the action brought by the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights in the Maqueda vs. the Republic of Argentina Case. 2. To dismiss the Maqueda Case. 3. To reserve the power to reopen and proceed with consideration of the case, should at any future time a change occur in the circumstances that gave rise to the agreement. 4.
