Argentina, the Inter-American Court of Human Rights (hereinafter “the Inter-American Court” or “the Court”), composed of the following judges: Eduardo Ferrer Mac-Gregor Poisot, President Eduardo Vio Grossi, Vice President Humberto Antonio Sierra Porto Elizabeth Odio Benito L.
