55. The Court orders the State to comply with the actions stipulated in the agreement, in the terms indicated therein(supra para. 54). The State must advise this Court immediately when it has issued each of the publications ordered, regardless of the one-year time frame for presentation of its first report, as established in the operative paragraph 9 of this judgment. 56. Also, as it has in other cases, the Court orders the State to publish this judgment in full 21 on an official website of the national government within six months of its notification. This publication shall be available for a period of one year. The State must advise this Court immediately when it has issued this publication, regardless of the oneyear time frame for presentation of its first report established in operative paragraph 9 of this judgment. C.3 Transfer of remains 57. The parties determined the following as a measure of reparation "expressly requested by the victims": The State, through the Secretariat for Human Rights, will make the necessary arrangements with the Municipality of Guayaquil to transfer the remains of Walter Huacón Baidal to a vault in the cemetery of the Ángel María Canales suburb; and, for the transfer of the remains of Mercedes Salazar Cueva, to a vault in the cemetery located in Milagro, in the Lorenzo Guaraicoa area; the transfer must be made within a period of six months, counting from the signing of the [...] friendly settlement agreement. The victims will not incur any costs in these procedures. 58. Consequently, as a measure of satisfaction in the instant case, the Court orders the State to take the actions provided for in the agreement to transfer the remains of Walter Huacón Baidal and Mercedes Salazar Cueva, in the terms indicated(supra para. 57). The State must advise this Court immediately when it has complied with the measure ordered, regardless of the one-year time frame for presentation of its first report established in operative paragraph 9 of this judgment. C.4 Public act of acknowledgment of responsibility 59. In the friendly settlement agreement, the parties agreed to the following: In view of the actions or omissions that caused the violation of the human rights enshrined in the American Convention on Human Rights, the Ecuadorian State will, through its Secretary for Human Rights, hold a public event during which the most senior authorities of the respective institutions will, on behalf of the State, offer apologies to the families of Walter Huacón Baidal and Mercedes Salazar Cueva for the facts acknowledged in [the] Friendly Settlement Agreement. This public apology shall be carried out within a period of six months from the signing of the [...] agreement. 60. The Court therefore orders Ecuador to hold the public event provided for in the agreement, in the terms indicated therein (supra para. 59).
