Summon to the Inter-American Court of Human Rights the representatives of the beneficiaries of these provisional measures and the State of Paraguay to a private hearing that will be held at the seat of the Inter-American Court on February 20, 2012, as of 3:00 p.m until 5:00 p.m., in order for the Court to receive information and observations on the implementation of the provisional measures, pursuant to the considering paragraphs 7 to 10 of this Order. 2.
