The facts that substantiate the request for protection relate to the serious threats to the life and personal integrity of the victims and their relatives, which are recognized in the sentence of the IA Court for the main cause, dated February 13th, 2019, as a consequence of the reopening of the investigation of sexual violations. Besides that, the situation of vulnerability to which the victims would be subjected if an amnesty is approved in favor of the perpetrators was also denounced.
