That it shall keep the monitoring proceedings open with regard to the totality of the operative paragraphs of the Judgment […], reserving the authority to eventually call for a hearing of monitoring of compliance in order to assess the fulfillment of said Order. AND DECID[ED] 1. To request the State to adopt all the measures necessary to effectively and immediately comply with the totality of the operative paragraphs of the Judgment […] in the instant case, in accordance with the content of the […] Order, and with Article 68(1) of the American Convention on Human Rights. 2.
