Argentina, the Inter-American Court of Human Rights (hereinafter "the Inter-American Court", "the Court" or "the Tribunal"), composed of the following Judges*: Eduardo Ferrer Mac-Gregor Poisot, President; Eduardo Vio Grossi, Vice President; Humberto Antonio Sierra Porto, Judge; Elizabeth Odio Benito, Judge, and L.
