JUDGMENT OF AUGUST 31, 2021

In the Case of the Miskito divers (Lemoth Morris et al.) v. Honduras,
the Inter-American Court of Human Rights (hereinafter “the Inter-American Court” or “the
Court”), composed of the following judges:
