The facts of the case concern the extrajudicial executions of Elio Felves Carrillo, Gustavo Giraldo Villamizar Durán, Carlos Arturo Uva Velandia and Wilfredo Quiñónez which took place between 1992 and 1996, withiin the context of the Colombian armed conflict.
