Jorge Vásquez Durand, a Peruvian national,31was a merchant32 and, by profession, a journalist and public relations officer.33He was married to María Esther Cristina Gomero Cuentas34 and the father of Jorge Luis35 and Claudia Esther Vásquez Gomero36.
