To declare closed the case of Tristán Donoso, on the grounds that the State of Panama has fully complied with that ordered in the Judgment issued by the InterAmerican Court of Human Rights of January 27, 2009. 2. To close the file on the instant case. 3. To communicate this Order to the General Assembly of the Organization of American States in their next regular period of sessions, through the Annual Report of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights 2010. 4. To require the Secretariat of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights to notify this Order to the State of Panama, to the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights, and to the victim’s representatives.
