The petition for protection of the integrity of lawyers Alejandro Ponce Villacís and Alejandro Ponce Martínez - representatives of the victim in the Salvador Chiribogá case - refer to harassment and intimidation carried out by the National Police of the Unit of Tourism of Ecuador. The Inter-American Court rejected the peition because it considered that the requirements were not met.
