Costa Rica, the Inter-American Court of Human Rights (hereinafter “the Inter-American Court” or “the Court”), composed of the following judges:* Ricardo C. Pérez Manrique, President, Eduardo Ferrer Mac-Gregor Poisot, Vice President, Humberto Antonio Sierra Porto, Verónica Gómez, Patricia Pérez Goldberg, and Rodrigo Mudrovitsch, also present, Pablo Saavedra Alessandri, Registrar, and Romina I.
