-73at the time of the facts, were Commanders of the military base of San Pedro de Urabá and the roadblock in the same location, respectively.155 95(130) On October 3, 1990, the Apartadó Provincial Attorney’s Office proceeded to carry out a judicial inspection of the installations of the military base of San Pedro de Urabá. Subsequently, an aerial inspection of Pueblo Bello and the road to San Pedro de Urabá was conducted.
