11 57. Based on the arguments of fact and of law provided for above, THE INTER-AMERICAN COMMISSION ON HUMAN RIGHTS, DECIDES: 1. To declare this petition admissible inasmuch as it refers to alleged violations of rights recognized in Articles 5, 8, 17, 18, 24 and 25 of the American Convention with respect to Mr. Gustavo Tobar, Mrs. Flor de María Ramírez and Ricardo Osmín Tobar Ramírez and Jeffrey Rainiery Arias Ramírez, as well as Article 19 of the Convention with respect to Ricardo Osmín Tobar Ramírez and Jeffrey Rainiery Arias Ramírez, all in relation to Articles 1(1) and 2 of said Convention. 2. Notify the parties of this decision. 3. Publish this decision and include it in its Annual Report to the OAS General Assembly.
