During the public hearing on reparations, Mr. Suárez Rosero submitted two pictures that he had drawn during his detention. 22. The documents submitted by Mr. Suárez Rosero were neither contested nor challenged, nor was their authenticity questioned, therefore the Court accepts them as valid and orders their incorporation into the body of evidence in the present case. 23. During the public hearing, the State brought forward a document concerning the determination of reparations in the present case and other documents concerning legal reforms related to narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances.
