44 their dignity, the right of children to participate, as well as the respect for their opinions in the process of design and implementation of the reparatory measures. VIII. NOTIFICATON 169. The Commission decides to transmit the instant report to the Colombian State and to grant it two months to implement the recommendations it contains. That period will be counted from the date of transmission of the instant report to the State, which shall not be at liberty to make it public. The Commission also decides to notify the petitioners of the adoption of a report under Article 50 of the American Convention.
