To call upon the State to continue to report to the Inter-American Court of
Human Rights every two months, on compliance with and implementation of the
measures indicated in operative paragraphs one and two of the present Order.
6.
To call upon the petitioners seeking provisional measures to submit their
comments on the report that the State is to submit every two months, and to do so
within four weeks of receiving said report; to call upon the Inter-American
Commission on Human Rights to submit its comments on the State’s reports within
two months of receiving them.
Judges García-Ramírez and Cançado-Trindade informed the Court of their Concurring
Opinions, which are attached to the present Order.
