51 iii) his daughter is Franci Aracelis Guía Martínez. His mother is Baldomera Laya and his father is Vivan Guía. The mother of the victim has cared for his daughter. His brother Braulio Ramón Guía Laya has supported both of them since the facts occurred.66 66.23. Mercedes Beatriz Hernández Daza i) she was born on June 7, 1954. She received a gunshot while she was at home, in front of her sisters and parents. She died at age 34, on March 1, 1989, due to a “firearm wound to the skull” at the Pérez Carreño Hospital in the city of Caracas. Her parents and husband covered expenses in connection with the vigil;67 ii) she worked as a staff analyst at the National Nutrition Institute. She had made fortnightly financial contributions to her parents since she began working;68 and iii) she was married to Efraín González and her son is Guirvin Efraín González.
