IX OTHER FORMS OF REPARATION Arguments of the representatives of the victims and of the next of kin 112. The representatives of the victims and of the next of kin requested that the Court, as measures of satisfaction and non-recidivism, order the State, among other things, to: a) continue and complete the process of identification of the corpses exhumed in 1990 from the common graves, establish the wounds that caused the deaths, and deliver the remains to the next of kin; b) investigate the whereabouts of the missing victims and return their bodies; c) conduct a thorough investigation to identify, prosecute, and punish those responsible for the deaths and wounds of the victims and all those who, by action or omission, allowed impunity to prevail in this case.
