101 D) 261. COSTS AND EXPENSES Arguments of the Commission The Commission requested the Court to order the State “to pay the costs arising at the domestic level from processing the legal actions filed by the victims or their representatives before the domestic system of justice, as well as those arising at the international level from processing the case before the Commission, and those deriving from processing the [...] application before the Court,” and it corresponded “to the Court to prudently assess [their] scope.” 262.
