To declare this case admissible with respect of the alleged violations of Articles 1(1), 4, 5, 7, 8(1), and 25 of the American Convention, and Article 1 of the Inter-American Convention on Forced Disappearance of Persons. 2. To notify the parties of this decision. 3. To continue with the analysis of the merits. 4. To publish this decision and include it in its Annual Report for the OAS General Assembly.
