1)
Sets the total reparations at US$154,040.74 to be paid to the next of kin and the
surviving victims referred to in the instant case. This payment shall be made by the State
of Peru within six months of the date of the notification of the present judgment, and in the
form and conditions set forth in the preceding paragraphs,

Orders the creation of trust funds on the terms set forth in paragraphs 65 and 66 of
this judgment.

Decides that the State of Peru shall not impose any taxes on the compensation paid.
