compensation and reimbursement of any expenses which the victim and his relatives may
have incurred in their representations in connection with this proceeding.
109. In order to determine the reparations, the Court will require sufficient information
and evidence, for which purpose it orders that the appropriate stage of the procedure be
initiated, and, to this end, authorizes its President to adopt in due course such measures as
may be necessary.
