To request the State to submit, no later than February 15, 2008, a thorough report indicating all the measures implemented to comply with the reparations ordered by this Court which are still pending fulfillment. Particularly, the State shall inform the Court on the results of the meeting and, if possible, on a schedule and action plan regarding the compliance with the items pending fulfillment of the Reparations Judgment rendered in this case. 4. To request the representative and the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights to submit their comments to the report of the State within the term of two and four weeks, respectively, as from the date it is received. In the event other legal representatives of the victims´next of kin have already been appointed, they may submit their observations directly before the Court in the above mentioned term. 5. To continue to monitor the points pending compliance with the Reparations Judgment of August 27, 1998. 6.
