The State must pay in cash, within one year, for costs and expenses incurred in the domestic sphere and in the international proceedings before the interAmerican system for the protection of human rights, the amount established in paragraph 183 of this judgment, which shall be delivered to Elva Elisa Benítez Feliú de Goiburú, Ana Arminda Bareiro de Mancuello and Julio Darío Ramírez Villalba, in the terms of paragraphs 183 and 187 hereof. 16. It will monitor full compliance with this judgment and will consider the case closed when the State has fully executed the operative paragraphs.
