The State must pay the amounts established in the agreement as compensation for pecuniary and non-pecuniary damage and for reimbursement of costs and expenses, as appropriate, in the terms of paragraphs 131 to 142 of the Judgment, within three years of its notification. 12. The State must provide the Court with a report on the measures adopted to comply with each paragraph of this Judgment within 13 months of its notification. In addition, it must provide information on the measures taken to establish the trust fund and make the payment of compensation for pecuniary and non-pecuniary damage described in the agreement, in the terms of paragraph 137 of this Judgment. 13. The Court will monitor full compliance with this Judgment, in exercise of its authority and in compliance with its obligations under the American Convention on Human Rights, and will conclude the instant case when the State has complied fully with all its provisions.
