The State must implement a permanent and compulsory program or course on human rights, with a children- and gender-based perspective, for all ranks of the Salvadoran Armed Forces, in accordance with paragraphs 368 and 369 of this judgment. 13. The State must pay the amounts established in paragraphs 384 and 393 of this judgment, as compensation for pecuniary and non-pecuniary damage, and reimbursement of costs and expenses, in accordance with the said paragraphs and paragraphs 397 to 402 of this judgment. 14. The State must reimburse the Victims’ Legal Assistance Fund of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights the sum disbursed during the processing of this case, in accordance with paragraph 396 of this Judgment. 15. The State must, within one year of notification of this Judgment, provide the InterAmerican Court of Human Rights with a report on the measures taken to comply with it. 16. The Court will monitor full compliance with this Judgment, in exercise of its powers and in accordance with its obligations under the American Convention on Human Rights, and will conclude this case when the State has complied fully with its provisions.
