To convene the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights, representatives of victims and the State of Colombia to a private hearing to be held at the headquarters of the Court on February 26, 2011, between 11:00 and 12:30 hours, as part of the XC Ordinary Session of the Tribunal, to obtain information from the State on compliance with the reparation measures ordered in the Judgment in this case, and listen to the observations of the Inter-American Commission and representatives of the victims. 2. To request the Secretariat to notify this Order to the State, the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights and the representatives of the victims and next-of-kin.
