On December 1, 2000, the State forwarded to the Court a copy of a note of
the Supreme Court of Justice of Peru, “in which its President, Víctor Castillo Castillo,
report[ed] on the steps taken to comply with the above-mentioned provisional
measures”.
56.
On January 18, 2001, the Secretariat requested the State to forward its first
report on compliance with the measures ordered by the Court, which should have
been presented by December 5, 2000. At the time this judgment was adopted, the
State had not sent this report.
57.
On January 26, 2001, the Commission informed the Court about the situation
of the persons protected by the measures.
