12. The State shall pay the amounts set in paragraph 492 of this judgment as reimbursement of costs and expenses, pursuant to paragraphs 496 to 499 of this judgment. 13. The State shall repay the Victims Legal Assistance Fund of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights the amount that was spent in the processing of this case, pursuant to paragraphs 495 and 499 of this judgment. 14. The State shall, within one year of the date of notification of this judgment, submit to the Court a report on the measures adopted to comply therewith. 15. The Court will monitor full compliance with this judgment, in exercise of its authority and in compliance with its obligations pursuant to the American Convention on Human Rights, and shall declare this case closed when the State has fully complied with all the measures ordered herein.
