The Commission concludes it is competent to examine the complaints submitted by the petitioner regarding the alleged violation of Articles 8, 9, 13, and 25, consistent with Articles 1.1 and 2 of the Convention and that these complaints are admissible in accordance with the requirements established in Articles 46 and 47 of the American Convention. 30.
