On November 24, 2000, the Court, in accordance with article 44 of its Rules of Procedure, decided that it was useful to add to the body of evidence in this case the following documents offered by Marco Antonio Centeno Caffarena: a copy, certified by a notary public, of the February 22, 1983 certification of the entry in the Public Registry of Real Estate of the Department of Zelaya, on February 10, 1917, of estate No. 2111, and the ethnographic expert opinion by Ramiro García Vásquez on the document prepared by Theodore Macdonald, “Awas Tingni an Ethnographic Study of the Community and its Territory” (infra paras. 79 and 95).
